บอกไว้ว่าขั้นแรกให้ ลบ file C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Android\debug.keystore ออกก่อน

แล้วก็ set  location and date time settings ให้เป็น United Stated.

โดนที่ผมทำผมทำแค่ set  date time เท่านั้นครับ ก็ complie ได้แล้ว
